 Our properties rent at a “built-in-rate,” meaning you're getting more than just the bed space. Unlike most of our competitors, our homes were designed and fully furnished by a professional interior designer to provide a cottage feel that reflects and improves upon the designs in the area.

Additionally, utilities are included in that rate; electricity, water, heating/gas (if applicable) and internet.  All of our student rental leases  go from June 1st through the day after graduation. Of course,  we will try to accommodate those needed extensions or early

move-ins.
